鲁奇，中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所基地研究员，博士生导师。国际地理联合会（IGU）土地利用/土地覆盖变化委员会（IGU-LUCC）中方委员。主要研究领域为农村可持续发展、土地利用/土地覆盖变化、农业资源环境利用与保护。主持及参加国家自然科学青年基金、面上基金、重点基金、国家“九五”攻关、“中国-欧盟合作”等研究项目14余项。
